The Fee Dispute Committee shall administer The Mississippi Bar fee arbitration program in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the Resolution of Fee Dispute Committee as adopted by the Board of Commissioners on March 16, 1985. Members should represent a broad spectrum of the Bar and should have practiced law for at least five years.
