The Committee on Professional Responsibility shall have the powers and duties provided by the Rules of Discipline mandated by the Supreme Court of Mississippi September 7, 1983 and effective January 1, 1984. This standing committee is composed of six (6) members serving three (3) year terms, two from each district as provided by Article 6-1 of these Bylaws.
