The mission of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section is to promote the informed use of ADR procedures to resolve conflicts in a fair, timely, and cost effective manner.

This list will be maintained on the ADR Section Website and is designed to assist the public and the bar in locating persons qualified to serve as arbitrators.
