This sponsorship and advertising opportunity is now available to reach the members of The MS Bar. Each year The MS Bar distributes a Membership Directory. The Membership Directory is a 156 page printed book that includes an alphabetical listing of all attorneys in the state including all of their contact information, an alphabetical listing of all attorneys in the state by city and then an out of state listing of all member attorneys by city and state. The MS Bar sends a complimentary copy to each attorney and then additional copies are available for purchase. 8,500 complimentary copies are distributed to members and then over 300 additional copies are sold each year. The 2013 Membership Directory will print in April.

Sandestin Beach Hilton in Destin, Florida.  

Over 500 attorneys from around Mississippi to attend the three and a half days of meetings, continuing legal education programs and social events.  The meeting will officially begin with the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, July 10 and conclude on Saturday, July 13 with the Farewell Brunch and Annual Awards Presentations.

Exhibit space for the Lawyers' Marketplace will be available on the main floor of the Sandestin Beach Hilton in the Emerald Foyer where the Bar's registration desk and coffee bar are located.  The location of the Lawyers' Marketplace has been designed to allow maximum exposure for exhibitors.

To reserve space in the Lawyers' Marketplace, send in your contract along with your payment.  Due to the limited number of available exhibits, we encourage you to respond as soon as possible. Exhibit space will be reserved on a first-come, first served basis.

In addition to participating in the Lawyers Marketplace, Annual Meeting sponsorships are available.  Exhibitors who participate as sponsors will receive increased publicity and preferential exhibit locations.  If you are interested in being a sponsor in addition to an exhibitor, please contact Larry Houchins at houchins@msbar.org.

Insert your promotional flyer into the registration packet prepared for each registrant.  The cost is $200 and you provide The Bar with 750 of your flyers no later than June 28, 2013.  If you are interested, please mark the appropriate block on the contract.

Professional Announcements in The Mississippi Lawyer magazine are ads in a dedicated section of the magazine that announce the following:

• New Partners or Associates of the Firm
• New Attorneys Joining the Firm
• Opening or Closing of a Firm

All professional announcements are typeset in a standard format included in the cost. The professional announcement can be submitted in a Word Document or in the body of an email. Our typesetter will create your ad for you and we will send you a proof to sign off on before we go to print. Logos or photos cannot be included in the ads.

   Large 1/3 Page $295
