Over 500 attorneys from around Mississippi to attend the three and a half days of meetings, continuing legal education programs and social events. The meeting will officially begin with the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, July 10 and conclude on Saturday, July 13 with the Farewell Brunch and Annual Awards Presentations.
Exhibit space for the Lawyers' Marketplace will be available on the main floor of the Sandestin Beach Hilton in the Emerald Foyer where the Bar's registration desk and coffee bar are located. The location of the Lawyers' Marketplace has been designed to allow maximum exposure for exhibitors.
To reserve space in the Lawyers' Marketplace, send in your contract along with your payment. Due to the limited number of available exhibits, we encourage you to respond as soon as possible. Exhibit space will be reserved on a first-come, first served basis.
In addition to participating in the Lawyers Marketplace, Annual Meeting sponsorships are available. Exhibitors who participate as sponsors will receive increased publicity and preferential exhibit locations. Insert your promotional flyer into the registration packet prepared for each registrant. The cost is $200 and you provide The Bar with 750 of your flyers no later than June 14, 2013. If you are interested, please mark the appropriate block on the contract.
