In March of 2005 the Mississippi Supreme Court amended the Mississippi Rules of Professional Conduct to require attorneys to report annually their hours of pro bono legal services. Concerning pro hac Rule 46, The Mississippi Bar's role consists of certifying receipt of a $200 fee to the Supreme Court and the attorney applying for pro hac admission.
