About The Seminar:
The Mississippi Bar’s Women in the Profession Committee is proud to host the 23rd Annual Evelyn Gandy Lecture Series at the BancorpSouth Arena in Tupelo, MS, on February 19-20, 2016. This premier CLE for women lawyers was named for the late Gov. Evelyn Gandy, whose passion for public service survives through this lectureship. Her stellar career was capped with her being elected as the first female lieutenant governor in Mississippi’s history.
The Evelyn Gandy Lecture Series registration fee of $200 includes a light lunch on Friday, breakfast on Saturday, and 6.5 hours of CLE credit including 1 hour of Ethics/Professionalism.
Friday Night Dinner Costs:
The Friday night dinner will be held at the Elvis Birthplace. Cost will be $50 per person for this optional event. Guests are welcome.
A special room rate of $119 (plus tax) for Friday and Saturday nights is available at the Hilton Garden Inn. Rooms must be booked by January 29, 2016 in order to get the special rate.
