Alternative Dispute Resolution
The mission of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section is to promote the informed use of ADR procedures to resolve conflicts in a fair, timely, and cost effective manner.
The ADR Section is in the process of creating a list of ADR
Section members who are qualified, practicing arbitrators in
Mississippi. This list will be maintained on the ADR Section
Website and is designed to assist the public and the bar in
locating persons qualified to serve as arbitrators. If you are
interested in being listed, please fill out the Arbitrator
List Application.
