Business Law
The Business Law Section strives to maintain a tradition of excellence in programs and publications for its members. This Section encompasses attorneys who practice in the area of banking, savings and loan, credit union, corporation and commercial law. Section activities include publishing newsletters, conducting an Annual Business Law Ethics Seminar and distributing a scholarship to law students at each of Mississippi's Law Schools.

2013 Business Law Ethics CLE Seminar - June
11
The Business Law Section of The Mississippi Bar and The
Mississippi Corporate Counsel Association will sponsor a Business
Law Ethics CLE Seminar for one (1) hour of Ethics credit at the
River Hills Club in Jackson on Tuesday, June 11, 2013. Professor
Donald E. Campbell, Assistant Professor of Law, Mississippi College
School of Law, David M. Allen, Esq., Page, Mannino, Peresich &
McDermott, PLLC, and Adam Kilgore, General Counsel of The
Mississippi Bar will participate in a roundtable discussion on
business law related ethics issues. The panelists will initiate the
hour by discussing 4-6 ethics questions provided by the Business
Section's Executive Committee and will end the hour by taking
