NOTICE TO FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS & ENROLLMENT FORM

The Supreme Court of Mississippi amended Rule 1.15 to a Mandatory Interest On Lawyers Trust Accounts (IOLTA) Program, effective January 1, 2007.  If you already have all of your trust accounts enrolled, you do not have to do anything at this time.  If you have a trust account and are not currently participating, please download this form here.  Please make sure the bank and the Bar Foundation have a copy.
