The Mississippi Bar's Online Directory is a source for obtaining current information on attorneys licensed to practice in the state of Mississippi. The directory is updated weekly and members may submit updates by logging into their account here. To order member addresses, please download the Address Order Form Packet . Return the completed Rental Agreement, Order Form and a sample of the mail piece to Membership Records via fax at 601/355-8635 or mail to P. O. Box 2168, Jackson, MS 39225. Please allow 3 to 5 working days to complete the order.

Active Membership—Member in good standing and authorized to practice law in Mississippi per §73-3-120 MCA.
Inactive Membership—Member in good standing and not authorized to practice law in Mississippi per §73-3-120 MCA.

Member Information

The Bar is sensitive to the privacy of members and takes appropriate precautions to safeguard personal information. The information collected in surveys, registrations, and feedback forms is used only for the following purposes.

To process member requests for information, show registration, or other services;
To keep members informed of upcoming activities or important news;
To periodically request information from members about how the organization can better serve member needs.

The Bar provides only the following information to callers: name, address, city, state, zip, phone, fax, e-mail, date of admission, law school. The Bar does provide mailing lists to qualified users (see mailing label policy) and publishes the below information on its online and printed directories. The Bar does not distribute member e-mail addresses in bulk.

PLEASE NOTE: For best search results, you must ENTER the FIRST THREE (3) LETTERS of the NAME, CITY, STATE or FIRM to be searched. If you do not receive results on the first search due to technical difficulty, please hit search again and it should work.

The use of Bar member email addresses for solicitation or “scraping” is prohibited in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
