Casemaker Offers CiteCheck on a Per-Use Basis

The Mississippi Bar has partnered with Casemaker to provide our members the ability to use CiteCheck on a per-use basis at a great price. CiteCheck is a Casemaker service that allows users to verify that the cases cited in their briefs, pleadings, motions, or other legal documents are still good law. For just $10 per transaction, an attorney or paralegal can upload a document into CiteCheck and Casemaker will extract and process all of the legal citations (in Blue Book form) through their authoritative CaseCheck+ service. In a matter of moments, you will receive a report on the status of each legal citation in your document. Of course, CiteCheck is free for those who subscribe to CaseCheck+ but for those of you who haven't subscribed to CaseCheck+, you can now use CiteCheck on a per-use basis for only $10 per transaction. You can check your own legal documents before you submit them to the court and even check the documents submitted by opposing counsel to determine whether the cases they've cited are still good law.
