Recession Resources The current economic down turn is on everyone’s mind. It seems that very few of our daily activities and interactions are immune. Certainly the law practice is not immune. In fact the current difficulties in the economy are having a great impact on our field. Lay offs, decreases in salaries and benefits, firm dissolutions, and smaller firms unable to continue; these things seem to be everywhere. Many attorneys are concerned about the viability of their current employment. Many are out of work, and the job market is very tough. The Mississippi Bar offers these resources for these tough times.
