The Business Law Section of The Mississippi Bar and The Mississippi Corporate Counsel Association will sponsor the 2019 Business Law Ethics CLE Seminar titled “Business Lawyers Gone Wild: Ethical Traps for the Wary.” This one (1) hour of ethics credit CLE seminar will be held on Tuesday, June 4, at River Hills Club in Jackson. The talk will analyze recent cases and ethics opinions that address issues of relevance to business lawyers. The topics will range from confidentiality to conflict of interests to pro bono.
