The Mississippi Bar’s Family Law Section and the Families First Initiative will host a one hour lunch and learn CLE seminar titled “Toolkit for Community-Based Legal Services.” The event will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2019, in Tupelo at the Lee County Justice Center (third floor, small courtroom). This CLE will provide participants with working knowledge of frequently experienced legal issues faced by clients of the Families First Initiative. The goal of the CLE is to equip attorney volunteers with solutions to these common real-world problems. Topic discussions will include Domestic Violence Issues, Guardianship Issues and Child Custody and Modification Issues. Download the registration brochure here.
