The Real Property Section and the SONREEL Section of The Mississippi Bar will present a lunch and learn CLE Seminar titled “Navigating Potential Environmental Law Issues In Real Estate Transactions” on Wednesday, May 22, at the Mississippi Bar Center. Shane T. Lauritzen, Assistant District Counsel for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Vicksburg District, will provide an update on wetlands law. Gary J.
